Sherbet Fountain is a high stat horse at 9/2 and less sp. Has a couple of group entries and I think will go well. Would be interesting if drifting to bigger odds but would need to be 9/2 and less sp. Also, best month for Simcock debut winners.

5:10 Chelmsford -
Open looking race. Shahbaz has run well and should go well but not much of a price. Sean Woods can go well on debut when fancied. Opera Ghost was relatively fancied on debut but did nothing. There looks a bit of money around and has fair stats if 13/2 and less sp. Roman Spring cost a lot and has a group entry. Stats are never brilliant for Hannon but can pop up. Beckett's has a class 2 stakes entry and can win at any price. Zu Run wasn't disgraced on debut and looks a nice type. I always think Balding sends his better horses to debut at Salisbury and would have fair stats if 9/1 and less sp. Looks an open race and the betting may help to pinpoint strength and weakness.
